• Price Guarantee: Once an invoice has been issued, the price is guaranteed against surcharges unless the increase is due to government laws or currency changes exceeding 5% of the tour price.

3.2. Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Online Payments: Processed securely through our website.

• Billing: Charges will appear as Book More Sights  Pvt Ltd | Vividh Ventures on your statement.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.3. Non-Refundable Items

• Late Arrivals: No refund is given if you miss your pick-up or arrive late to the meeting point.
• Extras: Rental gear (e.g., hiking boots) becomes non-refundable once the tour has departed.

5. Weather and Northern Lights Policy

5.1. The "Iceland Factor"

Icelandic weather is unpredictable. Local partners of Book More Sights  Pvt Ltd | Vividh Ventures reserve the right to alter routes, itineraries, or timetables without prior notice due to adverse weather or safety concerns.

• Weather Cancellation: If Local partners of Book More Sights cancel the tour for safety reasons, you will be offered an alternative date. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a 100% refund.

5.2. Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis)

Sightings of the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and cannot be guaranteed.

• Successful Tour: If the lights are sighted, even through the mobile phone camera or similar camera, the tour is deemed successful.
• No Sighting: If the tour proceeds but no lights are seen, no refund is provided. However, we offer a free retry on a future night, subject to availability.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

6.1. Assumed Risk

All adventure activities are undertaken at the participant's own risk. Book More Sights  Pvt Ltd | Vividh Ventures does not assume responsibility for accidents caused by customers' actions, failure to follow guidelines, or factors outside human control (Force Majeure).

6.2. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and its use. We will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature regarding free-of-charge information services provided on the portal.

6.3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance in your home country to cover unexpected cancellations (such as illness) or travel disruptions, as Book More Sights  Pvt Ltd | Vividh Ventures cannot offer refunds outside the stated cancellation policy.

7. Participant Conduct

7.1. Health and Safety

Guides reserve the right to refuse participation to any customer they believe is unable to complete the tour due to physical condition, injury, or illness. In such cases, full cancellation charges apply.

7.2. Zero Tolerance Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy. We reserve the right to refuse participation to clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or those behaving in a disruptive or abusive manner. No refund shall be given in these circumstances.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Icelandic law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall exclusively be submitted to and dealt with by the District Court of Reykjavík.
